The Best Blender Under 50 Dollars

1. The Magic Bullet Blender

If you don’t have a magic bullet blender in your house, it may be time to change that. The Magic Bullet products are easy to use, they last a long time, and they give you plenty of accessories and functionality.

One of the things we love most about this Magic Bullet is that it is an 11 piece set that has cups, the blender, a blade, and even a recipe book. You can use your Magic Bullet to chop, mix and even grind. The high impact plastic will help to make sure that the cup does not crack while you use it.

The 250 Watt High Torque base helps to make sure that the blender stays in place while you are using it. Overall this is a great blender not just for less than $100 but less than $50 as well.

  • Stable base
  • Comes with several blades
  • Great pricing for the quality

2. Ninja Personal Blender

The Ninja Personal Blender just makes it under our $50.00 limit. Priced a bit higher than the Magin Bullet, you will also get a little extra power with the Ninja. This is a 700 Watt model that can easily get through fruits, vegetables, and ice as well.

If you know that you will use ice in most of your smoothies, the Ninja is a great choice to consider. It comes with two cups, 2 Sip, and Seal Lids, and a recipe guide as well.

We also like that the Ninja is dishwasher safe so that you will have an easy clean up after you finish drinking your smoothie.

3. Mueller Austria Ultra-Stick 9-Speed Immersion Multi-Purpose Hand Blender

Next on our list is an immersion blender. Some people like immersion blenders because they are very easy to work with and can be used in a bowl, a cup, or even a pot if it is done properly.

The downside to the immersion blender is that it will not blend in a contained space. You may deal with a spill or two at times when it comes to these types of blenders. The Mueller comes with a great cup that can help you keep your smoothie contained a bit.

The Mueller comes with a whisk attachment that helps to blend things up a bit more when needed without having to use the blade. This is a versatile unit that can be used for anything from baby food to smoothies to a fancy cup of ice coffee.

  • Several speeds
  •  Immersion blender
  • Comes with a deep cup to help blend

4. NutriBullet Nutrient Extractor

The NutriBullet is an excellent option for the health food conscious. With the Nutribullet, the blender will help to make sure that you are getting the most out of your fruits and veggies.

Where other blenders sometimes leave chunks or unusable pieces at the bottom of your cup, the Nutribullet will not.

The 600W Motor Base combined with the blade, cup, and the to-go lid makes this a very easy to use blender. You can make your smoothie, put the cap on, and head out for the day.

With the ease of use, the NutriBullet is a great way to get yourself into a healthier lifestyle and mindset.

  • Dishwasher safe
  • Comes with warranty
  • Encourages healthy eating

5. Ninja 400-Watt Blender/Food Processor

Most of the blenders on our review have been relatively small in size. The Ninja 400 Watt is an excellent choice for those that need to blend larger amounts. With the Ninja 400 Watt, you will get two jar sizes. One is a pitcher, and what is a 16-ounce chopper bowl.

This Ninja should accommodate most of your kitchen blending needs. We have to say that the 400 Watt power is a little slow when you are blending difficult materials in the larger blender. It takes some time, and you have to be careful about what you choose to blend.

Most of this Ninja is very easy to clean; just don’t put the power unit in the dishwasher. This is an easy to operate model that will work at the touch of a button.

  • Comes with several mixing containers
  • Easy to blend large amounts
  • Mostly dishwasher safe

6. La Reveuse Personal Size Blender

With the La Reveuse, we go back to the smaller, more portable size blender. This is a 250 watt smaller size blender that comes with two 16 oz containers. The La Reveuse can be used for chopping, blending, and essentially whatever you need it to do.

We love that the La Reveuse is also clean and stylish looking. If you had to leave this on the counter of your kitchen, it would not be a bad thing. The LaReveuse also comes with two travel lids.

If you want to make your smoothie and drink it out of the same cup, this is a really good blender to consider purchasing. It is not recommended to put the La Reveuse in the dishwasher, but this is really the only downside of the La Reveuse model.

  • Good for a portable blender
  • Clean and stylish looking to leave on the counter
  • Comes with a travel lid
  • Good for chopping and blending

7. YISSVIC Hand Blender

The Yissvic is a hand blender with lots of power. This model comes in well below the $50.00 limit, and it comes with a powerful stick, a chopper, and a whisk as well. With this blender, you will be able to make soups, salsas, or a shake for breakfast.

We love that with the Yissvic, you get nine speeds to choose from. When you are dealing with a soupy liquid, and you put the unit on high, you can end up showered in a soup. Having the ability to change the speed when needed, is a really great feature.

This blender is also really good with leafy greens and veggies, which is sometimes a hard thing for a blender of this size, especially an immersion blender. If you plan on doing quite a bit of baking, the whisk attachment is going to come in handy.

  • Very fair price for all that it does
  • Nine speeds
  • Easily gets through fruits and vegetables

8. Immersion Hand Blender

This Immersion Blender is a basic design but has some really great features included with it. The Utalent is a three in one model that has a milk frother is one of its features.

This is a 250 Watt unit, so it will not be quite as powerful as some other hand blenders. For making smoothies and getting through small amounts of ice, you will have no trouble. If you are trying to get through a really thick baby food, it may take a little while.

If you find yourself baking a lot or making omelets and quiches quite often, the egg whisk attachment is easy to use and easy to clean as well. You can simply rinse it or place the attachment in the dishwasher if you need to.

Overall the Utalent blends smoothly and evenly, and it comes with a warranty as well. If you have never owned an immersion blender, this is an option that you should consider.

  • Great for smoothies and baking as well
  • Comes with a milk frother
  • Has several speeds to choose from

9. KOIOS 4-in-1 Multifunctional Hand Immersion Blender

If you are having a hard time choosing between an immersion blender or a traditional blender, then the Koios could be a great choice to consider. This unique device comes with a mixing beater, whisk attachment, a chopper attachment, and it is all BPA Free.

The chopper attachment is small, but it will work very much like it’s own separate blender. The Koios is also offered in several colors for those that enjoy making their kitchen look a little brighter.

With a blender like this, you will want the ability to change speeds, and the Koios gives you that. With 800W of power, there is not much that you won’t be able to do with the Koios in your kitchen.

  • Offered in a few colors
  • Like owning a blender and an immersion blender
  • Plenty of power

10. HadinEEon Blender with 3 Adjustable Speeds

Last but certainly not least on our list is the HadinEEon Blender. This is a more traditional style blender, and it is going to have three adjustable speeds.

As you have probably noticed, most blenders priced under $50 are going to be a bit smaller in size. That is partly why some go with the immersion blender for this reason.

The HadinEEon has 300 watts of power, and it works really well for shakes and smoothies. It seems to have no trouble getting through ice as long as it is on one of the higher settings.

A unique feature of this model is a hand speed, which will help you blend something a bit slower, and it could end up making it the consistency that you need. The HadinEEon has two BPA free blending cups that you can drink right out of if you choose.

  • BPA Free
  • Comes with cups
  • Has a warranty

Things To Consider When Shopping For An Inexpensive Blender

When you are looking for a blender for less than $50, there are a few things that you need to consider. As far as the world of blenders is concerned, $50 is not all that much money.

This opens up the doors to some products that are not all that high quality. Luckily there is a wide range of blenders for less than $50 that still have the quality to them. (See our list above) To help narrow down the best blenders, here are a few things you should consider before you buy.

Size

Most blenders less than $50 are going to be smaller in size. Many will blend about 16 ounces or so at a time. When you look at our list, you will notice that Ninja 400 Watt and that particular unit is capable of blending within a pitcher.

Since most of the inexpensive blenders are going to be smaller in size, many people choose to go with an immersion blender. For those that one the convenience of a traditional blender, you may just have to make more than one batch of your smoothie or sauce.

This doesn’t have to be a deal-breaker, and it beats spending hundreds on a new blender.

Type

There are two basic types of blenders for less than $50. One is a traditional type blender that will make smoothies or sauces in a smaller container. The other is an immersion blender that can be placed inside a bowl, pot, or glass to use it’s blending powers.

The immersion blender is a very handy and unique kitchen tool. If you are in the middle of making a soup and it looks a little thick, simply place the immersion blender on and get the consistency you need.

Clearly, this would be a much larger project if you were working with a traditional blender that had a 16 oz cup attachment.

The downside to the immersion blender is that it does not contain the mess in nearly the same way that the traditional blender will. With an immersion blender, there is no top and no way to keep the food from escaping.

If you are careful with how you use your immersion blender and you purchase one that has an adjustment for speeds, you should not run into any trouble with making a mess of your kitchen. Just like the traditional blender, the immersion blender is usually dishwasher safe except for the part where the motor is.

Attachments

Both traditional smoothie blenders and immersion blenders will come with attachments. If you have a specific task in mind, then you should make sure that your new blender is capable of completing the task.

Are you trying to make baby food?

Do you want to crush some walnuts?

Is the blender going to be used to make a smoothie each morning?

Do you need a blender with a glass jar?

Regardless of what you are purchasing your inexpensive blender for, make sure that it comes with the attachments and the blades that you need. Many of the immersion blenders come with a whisk attachment.

This can be a great feature if you do a lot of baking and need to mix quite often. With the press of a button, you can change the blender out to a whisk and have dinner and dessert made in no time!

Power

As you probably noticed from our review, these blenders that are priced less than $50 have a wide range of power options. The highest power we saw was 1000W, but most are between 250W and 400W.

There is no way to say what the best possible wattage is for your blender. We do recommend choosing something with a bit of extra power and speed if you plan on making baby food and crushing a lot of ice.

When you make baby food, chances are you are mixing a lot of pure vegetables without adding too much liquid. This makes the mixtures a bit thicker, and they can be kind of hard to get through. If your blender does not have enough power, this process will take you a long time.

Another thing to consider is how fast you need your smoothie. Are you always running late for work and you need something in about eight seconds. If this is the case, choose a more powerful model that will spin fast and get you out the door on time.

Final Thoughts

Blenders can be priced very high, almost as high as some kitchen appliances. This is just not a realistic or reasonable purchase for most people. If you want to make baby food, a smoothie, or a great salsa, you can do that with a blender for less than $50.

The blenders on our list are all less than $50, and they offer a wide range of functionality and performance.

We highly recommend that you think about all the things you will use your blender for before you make your purchase. Check the details of the blender you are purchasing to make sure that it is capable of what you need from it.

Spending just a few extra minutes thinking about all that you need from your blender will help make sure that this product lasts for years to come.
